Reporting Center student data

Staff and faculty who need to access reports with private student data can do so through the Reporting Center in MyU.

Access

There are two ways to gain access to private student data in Reporting Center:

1. Automatically as part of gaining view or update access to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. If you are already planning to complete Student Data Inquiry (SDI) training, you do not need to do anything further.
2. Requesting access to private student data in Reporting Center. This includes:
   1. Completing the FERPA tutorial training.
   2. Submitting the Reporting Center Access Request Form (ARF).
