Associate Vice Provost

Stacey Tidball (she/her)

Stacey leads Academic Support Resources as a whole, providing vision and direction for Academic Support Resources and its units. She reports to Vice Provost Raj Singh and serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team in the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE). As the University’s registrar, Stacey is responsible for the oversight of critical academic functions and compliance related to student records and data, including serving as the University’s student data privacy officer. 

Stacey participates in key University-wide governance groups, including the Operational Advisory Steering Committee (enterprise systems governance) and APLUS executive governance. She also serves as a member of the University Security Advisory and the Tuition, Free, and Financial Aid committees. Stacey regularly contributes to University initiatives, including co-chairing task forces for the academic calendar and alternative credentials. She represents the University on a national level as a member of Oracle’s Student Strategy Council, the AAU Registrars, the Big Ten Academic Alliance, and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, where she is a frequent presenter.

ASR IT

Natasha Monsaas-Daly (she/her)

Director of Academic Enterprise Systems

Natasha leads the ASR IT unit, which includes expertise and analysis for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, application development, data engineering, eforms, and student data and analytics. She serves as a liaison to the Office of Information Technology and is a member of the University IT Leadership group. Natasha represents ASR on the Administrative Computing Steering Committee, the Enterprise Data Management and Reporting Steering Committee, and the Senate Committee on Information Technologies. She also is a member of the Higher Education User Group.

ASR Operations & Strategic Initiatives

Carin Thomas (she/her)

Director

Carin leads the Operations & Strategic Initiatives unit, which includes administrative logistics for ASR, oversight and project management for ASR projects and portfolios, training and access, and user experience and content strategy. She supports ASR’s human resources and budget processes as well as oversees the training, tracking, and reporting of ASR compliance requirements related to private student data. Carin has FERPA compliance responsibilities, including acting as a liaison to the University’s Office of General CounselInstitutional Review Board, and University Information Security to ensure that student data is protected. She represents ASR on the APLUS Planning Committee and in the University Compliance Partners group. She is an active member in the Big Ten Academic Alliance

Office of Classroom Management

Sarah Kussow (she/her)

Director

Sarah leads the Office of Classroom Management, which includes Classroom Technical Services—an internal service organization. OCM is part of the Classroom Advisory Subcommittee and is the singular point for campus-wide classroom issues. Sarah serves as the RRC-Facility Lead for the Office of Undergraduate Education and is a member of the RRC-Facility Lead Advisory team. Sarah is also a contact for class scheduling, examinations, and study days policies.

Office of the Registrar

Amber Cellotti (she/her)

Director

Amber leads the Office of the Registrar and serves as the registrar for the Twin Cities campus. She is the data custodian for student records, has responsibilities for FERPA compliance, and is a point of contact for University policies. Amber serves on the University’s Enterprise Data Management and Reporting Steering Committee and is active in the Associations of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers at the regional (UMACRAO) and national (AACRAO) levels. She is also a LEAD member and virtual programming coordinator for the Association of American Universities

Office of Student Finance

Nate Peterson (he/him)

Executive Director

Nate leads the Office of Student Finance and serves as the University’s Financial Aid Compliance Officer at the Institutional, State, and Federal levels. He collaborates with the University’s federal and state government relations teams to advocate for the University and our students with local, state, and federal legislatures. Nate is also the data custodian for both financial aid and student account (tuition, fees, account transactions) data. He is active in the Associations of Financial Aid Administrators for Minnesota (MAFAA), the Midwest (MASFAA), and Nationally (NASFAA). He currently serves as the chair of programming for the Coalition of State and University Aid Administrators

One Stop Student Services

Julie A. Selander, PhD (she/her)

Executive Director

Julie leads the One Stop unit, which includes One Stop Central, University Veterans Services, Graduate Student Services and Progress, Student Account Assistance, and Third-Party Billing. She represents ASR on the Council for Undergraduate Education, the MyU Product Advisory Group,the Age-Friendly University Council, and the Department of Defense Voluntary Education Partnership. She is an active member of the Association of American Universities Bursar Council and the president and program chair for the Institute for Student Services Professionals.
