PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) is a student information system used to manage student records, financial aid, and class scheduling.

Before accessing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, you must complete the following training:
- Complete the FERPA Tutorial training. For more information, see the FERPA page.
- Complete the SDI (Student Data Inquiry) training. View the “What do you get access to with SDI” doc for more information.
Once you have finished the required PeopleSoft view access training, you will receive a verification email. This email will include a link to the PeopleSoft Access Request Form (ARF) and next-step instructions.
Complete the SDU (Student Data Update) required training if you need to make updates to student records in PeopleSoft CS.
This training prepares staff to understand update processes for the following pages:

- Term Activate a Student
- Student Groups
- Student Advisor
Review the available PeopleSoft update roles below to identify any that match your needs. Complete the required training for your role to gain access.
Once you have finished the training, you will receive a verification email that includes a link to the PeopleSoft Access Request Form (ARF) and next-step instructions.
