ASR’s Information Technology (ASR IT) provides data and business analysis, project leadership, and support for ASR-specific systems, software, and applications, particularly the University’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, PeopleSoft. Key functions include stewardship of critical student finance, admissions, financial aid, and student records data and processes. We collaborate with leaders in University Data and Institutional Reporting (UDIR), the Office of Information Technology, Finance, and Human Resources, and units across the University that rely on student data.

Admissions IT creates, updates, and matriculates application data to maintain and support Campus Solutions (CS) admissions Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules across all UMN campuses.

Campus community and shared data
Campus community and shared data team supports the shared processes used by all modules in Campus Solutions for all University campuses, including Parent-Guest Access and access questions. The unit also works with other enterprise systems to keep shared data synchronized between Campus Solutions, Human Resources, Finance, and Identity Management.
