The Transfer Evaluation System (TES) is a web-based workflow product that the University of Minnesota uses to process transfer course evaluations. Course evaluators use TES to view course information and enter decisions on evaluation requests assigned by the TES team. Course equivalency decisions from TES evaluations can be viewed in Transferology (anyone) and Transferology Lab (U of M faculty and staff only).
Gaining access
To gain access to TES, your department should notify the TES team that you need an account. Once notified, the TES team will create your account, and you will be sent two emails:
- An automated email from college source ([email protected]) with a temporary password for your account
- A welcome email from the TES team ([email protected]) with more information about your role as an evaluator and a help guide
If you have any questions or need your username or password resent, please contact [email protected].
To gain access to the Transferology Lab, you can request a Lab Account.
The TES team will verify that you are a U of M staff or faculty member. Once verified, the TES team will send you a welcome email notifying you that your account has been activated and will include a help guide.
If you also need access to Transferology, you can simply create an account.
