One Stop Student Services serves as a central resource hub and provides holistic counseling to students regarding their enrollment, registration, financial aid, student billing and payment, institutional loan repayment, third-party billing contracts, financial wellness, academic records and grades, and veteran services.

Graduate Student Services & Progress (GSSP)
GSSP is the primary contact for graduate students after they have gone through the admission and registration processes for a graduate program. We advise faculty and students concerning graduate education, policies, and procedures.

Student Account Assistance (SAA)
The Student Account Assistance (SAA) team provides billing and account resolution support for all Twin Cities, Morris, and Crookston student accounts, as well as for University-administered student loans. We also oversee the exit counseling for all student loan programs.

Third-Party Billing
Third-Party Billing provides customer service to students, sponsors, and departments regarding the set-up, ongoing maintenance, billing, payment collection, and reconciliation of sponsor accounts. We are responsible for creating and sending invoices directly to a student’s sponsor and allocating departmental funding to the student’s account.

University Veterans Services (UVS)
UVS assists student veterans, service members, and their dependents with GI Bill benefits, as well as other questions regarding state and federal educational benefit programs. We also connect student veterans and service members with community and University military resources.
