OSF moves to OEM

As of July 1, 2026, the Office of Student Finance (OSF) has moved from Academic Support Resources (ASR) to the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM). This move is intended to better align the University’s organizational structure to support the recruitment and retention of our students.

ASR and OSF will continue to be partners when it comes to ensuring processes run smoothly for students. ASR-IT will support the technical functions for financial aid and student accounts, One Stop Student Services will support students directly, and the UX and Content Strategy team will continue to manage web content and help make updates to PeopleSoft communications.

OEM now comprises the Office of the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management, the Office of Admissions, and the Office of Student Finance. OEM manages undergraduate recruitment, admission, and scholarship distribution while ensuring a data-driven, student-centered approach to enrollment planning.
