Event scheduling updates
Event requests limited
As of Friday, November 1, 2024, events cannot be requested in Astra for dates greater than June 30, 2025.
This is to help improve the success of transitioning from Astra to 25Live. Event data, especially those with a multiple meeting pattern and repeating events, can be a challenge to properly convert between systems. In some cases, it may not be possible for a conversion and these events will need to be manually recreated in 25Live.
Exceptional cases may be considered by addressing the contact listed on the event request form, though approvals will be very limited.
