Astra Schedule is the software used to reserve general purpose and departmental classroom space for events and courses throughout the University of Minnesota. In addition to classrooms, other types of space and equipment can be managed. Astra Schedule is provided to the University community free of charge. Request, view, and manage
Initial training by the Student Records Training and Support team is required for users who manage departmental space for event or course scheduling. You do not need training to use Astra Schedule to request a room for individual events. For help, us the following tutorials.
